You will be based in Winterthur – with the world as your playing field.
For your peace of mind: Your working week usually lasts from Monday to Friday. You won’t be on the road for weeks on end.
Your mission: to make the difference
As a sales and project manager, you will be responsible for the sales strategy in the areas of trade fair, pavilion and special construction and will take on the independent and comprehensive technical planning and economic realization of shopfitting, interior design and museum construction projects, for example.

- Development and implementation of effective sales strategies
- Analysis of market and competitive trends
- Building and expanding the customer base to ensure a strong market presence
- Presentation of sales, revenue and cost reports as well as realistic forecasts to the management team
- Planning, design and sustainable implementation of projects
- Acting as an interface between technical departments, customers, suppliers and authorities throughout the course of the project
- Use of our ERP system for calculations and project controlling
Your skills: convince through know-how
You don’t want to do things by halves? Perfect – neither my client. You are the link between planning, production, site managers, architects and other stakeholders.
What you should bring with you:
- Basic craft/technical training in carpentry, joinery, architecture, interior design or similar
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and in the management of national and international projects
- Ideally, a solid network in the area mentioned
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English; further language skills an advantage
