JOB OFFER: Sales Manager with experience in project realisation

You are responsible for

  • Development and implementation of effective sales strategies
  • Analysing market and competitive trends
  • Establish and expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
  • Presentation of sales, income and cost reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • You plan, design and implement projects professionally and sustainably.
  • You are the contact person between the technical departments, customers, suppliers and authorities throughout the entire project.
  • You work with our ERP system for calculations and project controlling

Your profile

  • Basic craft / technical training and further training in sales, project management, communication desired
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in sales and in the management of national and international projects and have a very good network in these segments
  • You are willing to travel and love working with other cultures
  • You enjoy working independently, are innovative, have a strong ability to make decisions, prioritise tasks and remain calm under stress.
  • Sound experience with budget management and operation / financial control.
  • A confident demeanour and assertiveness
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, other language skills an advantage
  • Experienced with the common Office programmes
